The first stay; we witnessed a customer complaining because her car had a dent, and the valet returned her car without informing her of the acquired damage. …MoreMy husband and I stayed there twice last year. The first stay; we witnessed a customer complaining because her car had a dent, and the valet returned her car without informing her of the acquired damage. Second visit was good until we received a PARKING TICKET in the mail; a notice that we were wrongfully parked while in New Orleans during this visit. We were very upset because; we did not move our car during this visit to New Orleans after our arrival to Crowne Plaza.Finally, the rooms were nice and the desk staff were nice; but, be careful if you plan to drive your car and leave with valet at Crowne Plaza in New Orleans

I had a great ...

I had a great stay here. Hotel location is directly beside where all the action happens. I watched fireworks from my hotel room. Parking is done through valet personnel
