Crowne Plaza New Orleans Hotel Reviews

Lovely hotel, rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were all very helpful making recommendations for our out and about the city times. One problem, our toilet was not working and took multiple visits before the magic plumber guy showed up and fixed it in a blink of an eye. During check out , I expressed my concerns on how we had been inconvenienced by this problem. Diana Fiallic the front desk manager immediately waved two nights to compensate! I was very impressed. I would without hesitation book here again. Our situation although difficult was handled appropriately in the end. Thank you Diana!

The hotel (and rooms) are beautiful. The location is PERFECT for New Orleans. Above all, however, was the service provided by Monique. My husband & I spent our 1st anniversary here and could not have asked for more. Monique happened to check us in upon arrival and was absolutely wonderful from the beginning of our stay until the end. She was warm, friendly, charming, helpful and made us feel as though we had a "friend" in the city. In my opinion, hotels are hotels...their employees either make them or break them. I truly hope the Crowne Plaza realizes what a special employee they have in Monique!!

I wanted to express my appreciation to the following employees at Astor Crowne Plaza: Marcel, Robin and Victoria at the front desk. They went over an beyond in making my stay an enjoyable one. They are a true asset to your hotel. My husband and I have already recommend a few of our friends to stay at the hotel for their February visit. Keep up the good work!

Being a little skeptical of the negative reviews prior to check-in, my overall experience was wonderful!! The room was spacious and clean. People complained about the AC/heat but there is a sign that tells you its a 10min delay when adjusting the temperature. The hotel is very convenient and is walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars. I would definitely stay here on my next visit. The only issue was there wasn't enough attendants staff for check-in, however the line moved steadily along. My significant other enjoyed the gym. The restaurant located downstairs had a nice ambiance.

After a rough start, being walked due to overbooking, the staff at Astor CP. set us up at a nearby hotel. When we came to check in Joanne and Mark were super helpful in setting up our stay the Crown Plaza. We even received a note from Staci with nice surprises. I am the VP of Customer Relations at our business in Philadelphia so I understand that s$%t happens, it's how you handle it after that makes a customer for life! Thanks to all involved
