Nice Hotel

Only stayed overnight before a cruise. A very busy bustling hotel. Quite a bit of activity that made you glad you stayed there. Beautiful inside lobby and dining room. Rooms were well designed and well kept. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful Can't wait to go back to N. O. to stay there again.

Best city on Earth?

Perhaps. Some argument, but my $$ is certainly on NOLA! AWESOME trip to Nawlins! Great food, great drinks, and a special "shout out" to my new brutha Spoo, at the Astor Crowne Plaza Hotel!!! One of the best shuckers in NOLA, and a good hang as well! If you go to NOLA any time soon, head that way. He's one of only SIX shuckers invited the shuck oysters at the Masters Golf Tourney, and just a Helluva guy! Tell him Ted from KC sent ya'.! Dickie Brennans Bourbon House is certainly worth your time! Corner of Bourbon and Canal! Can't miss it!

Fantastic

Amazing room....booked king suite parlor view. we travel a lot, this room was one of the best we have stayed in. Thanks to Henry getting this room (444). Super clean and comfortable. Space to chill out. Great location. Look forward to our next visit. Thank you to ALL employees.

perfect

I have read some poor reviews of this hotel prior to my trip. I do not understand why anyone could say anything negative unless they are just that way. Perfect location, staff very helpful and friendly. But the concierge Michelle was tops. She gave us excellent help and advice on where to eat an where to hear great music. If you are looking for a clean place to stay and on the fringe of the french quarter this is it. But keep in mind if you are timid in anyway the french quarter may not be your thing.
