The employees of the Crowne Plaza earned our respect and appreciation as each and every one performed to the highest professional standards we expected.  From the bellmen to the registration desk, banquets, audio-visual, housekeeping and the sales staff made this a most pleasurable and rewarding meeting.

“I had the pleasure of meeting Christine Morris last April. We communicated via telephone and email for several months, organizing our stay at the Astor Crowne, and I was extremely impressed by her professionalism, kindness, and overall awareness of our needs as hotel guests as well as Army Soldiers. She took great care to organize our complex itinerary, and consistently communicated and followed up with me regarding changes I had to make before our arrival. My overall success in New Orleans as Operations NCO for the TRADOC Rock Band was due to her assistance and guidance.
