BusinessThe Coliseum Square Association is pleased to present A Day in the Lower Garden District. This event will showcase five beautiful and diverse homes including those at 1350 Camp Street, 1709 Coliseum Street, 2045 Coliseum Street, 928 Euterpe Street and 1430 Euterpe Street. At Felicity Church, the hub of activity for the day, enjoy three seminars from local experts. At 10:30am, Kristy Hitchcock will lead a seminar entitled "How to Uncover Your Historic Home's Past". Join us at 12:30 for "Historic Restoration Tax Credits Easily Explained" by Julie Simpson and at 2:30pm, hear from Charles Chamberlain as he shares his vast knowledge in "The Secret History of the Lower Garden District." Curious if you have a treasure hiding in yoru home? Event goers will have an opportunity to have a piece of art, sculpture or silver evaluated by experts from New Orleans Auction Galleries at our Evaluation Fair! The Evaluation Fair will take place from 10am - 4pm with Art and Sculpture being evaluated from 10am - 1pm and Silver from 1pm - 4pm. Ticket holders will receive a beautiful book including details on each home and a map of local businesses which will include exclusive offers for patrons of A Day in the Lower Garden District.
