Plan Events with Convention South’s 2013 Readers’ Choice Winner
Providing exemplary service for group travel and events, The Astor Crowne Plaza New Orleans has won ConventionSouth’s Readers’ Choice Award for 2013. Joining 100 convention and visitor bureaus (CVBs), meeting facilities and hotels across the South, our French Quarter hotel is home to 32,000 square feet of New Orleans meeting space, including three ballrooms, some with exterior balcony access and a 2nd floor mezzanine complex of 11 meeting rooms.
To arrive at results, meeting professionals nominated the sites they believed offer excellent service for group travel and events. The nominated properties were then compiled onto an online ballot and over 1,500 votes were cast.
2013 is the second year in a row that The Astor Crowne Plaza has received this award, landing us a spot as award recipient in the December 2013 Awards Issue of ConventionSouth magazine.
